Key responsibilities will include:
* Monthly management accounts for SMT and Charity Trustees;
* Processing quarterly VAT returns;
* Managing the budget
* Variance Analysis
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintenance and development of the Financial systems
* weekly cash flow reporting
* Payroll
* Contract administration and management
* Project support
* Grant / Funding management
* Management of the pension scheme
* Manage SL / PL / Credit control team and associated reporting
* Reconciliations
* Petty Cash
* Adhoc duties as required
This is an ideal role for an individual seeking to actively support a Charitable organisation. While you will be required to demonstrate excellent people skills as well as technical accounting along with budget and project management. The business offers an excellent culture and flexible approach.
