Sharp Consultancy are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of a highly recognisable client within the Rotherham area who are part of a large International group now looking to recruit a Head of Finance on a fixed term basis to oversee the regional finance function.
Our client is a specialist within a competitive but highly profitable niche Industry.
You will be reporting directly into the Group FD with a dotted line into the UK MD and will be responsible for the finance team including; Accountants, Analysts, Payroll, Ledgers, credit control and accounts assistants.
Key duties will include management and financial accounting, forecasting and budgeting, costing, WIP reviews, monthly board meetings and reporting, profit and margin analysis, process developments as well as managing the year end audit process.
You must be a qualified accountant, ideally having worked within a manufacturing or engineering business and a strong background within interim or contract-based roles would be highly advantageous. Any experience of a large group structure would be advantageous although not essential.
