As FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, you’ll deliver valuable analysis and insights to inform decision-making and drive the company’s growth. This role also presents an exciting opportunity to build a scalable FP&A function that aligns with the company’s expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and monthly performance reviews to ensure financial alignment across the business

  • Develop robust financial models to support revenue forecasting, cost management, and capital planning

  • Act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, offering insights that drive performance, efficiency, and investment decisions

  • Deliver accurate KPI tracking, detailed variance analysis, and clear commentary to support strategic direction

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and the board

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and planning capability across the finance function

  • Utilise financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and maintain data integrity

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience;

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified

  • Proven FP&A experience, ideally with exposure to multi-site or operationally complex environments

  • Strong business partnering experience with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, planning tools, and data visualisation software (e.g., Power BI)

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
