This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, ambitious organisation.

Position: Management Accountant

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, along with insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you’ll help drive the company’s continued growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts

  • Create detailed P&L reports with variance analysis and meaningful commentary

  • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations

  • Lead the budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

  • Maintain data integrity through regular system reconciliations

  • Provide financial insights and support across various business units

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within the company

  • Support financial projects and assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified or currently studying towards ACCA, ACA, or CIMA

  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
