​An established and fast-growing consultancy group focused on acquisitions is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a central role in a business that values strategic thinking, operational insight, and continuous improvement. Role: Finance Manager

In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of core financial processes across the group, including reporting, planning, and analysis. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll ensure financial accuracy, support strategic decision-making, and help drive improvements in the efficiency of financial reporting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely, accurate group-level financial reports and management accounts

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units

  • Deliver analysis and insights to support acquisitions and business performance

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial reporting and increase efficiency

  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls

  • Monitor cash flow and provide forward-looking financial guidance

  • Support due diligence, audits, and financial integration of acquisitions

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business strategy

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and business planning

  • Strong analytical mindset with a process improvement focus

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments and with senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment

  • Experience in consultancy or acquisition-related roles is an advantage
