We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A—you’ll act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering insight-led analysis that supports key decisions. It’s also a unique opportunity to develop and scale the FP&A function in line with ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly performance reviews to ensure financial plans are aligned with business goals.

  • Develop and manage robust financial models for forecasting revenue, costs, and capital requirements.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide insight that drives cost efficiency, performance improvement, and robust business case development.

  • Deliver accurate and timely KPI reporting and variance analysis, highlighting trends and business drivers.

  • Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership and the board.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A effectiveness and accuracy.

  • Utilise financial systems and tools to automate reporting processes and ensure data consistency.

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience;

  • Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, with strong business partnering capabilities.

  • Background in a multi-site or complex business environment.

  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, particularly in Excel.

  • Comfortable working with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and data visualisation platforms.

  • Highly results-driven with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and adding value.
