Payroll Supervisor / Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our client in Barnsley for a maternity cover role starting in early 2024. This is a great opportunity to work for a £300m+ turnover business that operates multiple payrolls across the UK & I, including weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cycles for both salaried and hourly employees.

You will be leading a team of 5 payroll staff and overseeing the implementation of a new Time and Attendance system as part of a project team. To be successful in this role, you will need extensive payroll experience, preferably in larger organisations with complex payrolls, as well as staff management skills. The salary range is £35k-£50k depending on your level of experience, and you will also enjoy benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus stat, Company contributory Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, Westfield Health Cash Plan & Westfield Rewards.
