Key tasks will include:
* Managing the day to day running of the Finance Department for the Managed Services division, which involves 2 separate businesses
* Producing monthly Management Accounts (running 2 separate P&L's)
* Managing internal purchasing process & weekly payment runs
* Monitoring company Cashflow & producing weekly Cashflow reports
* Producing Quarterly VAT returns
* Producing monthly commission statements
* Assisting with Annual Budgets
* Assisting with Year-end Accounts & Audit duties
To be considered you must have previous experience in producing monthly accounts, advanced Excel skills and experience of Xero would be advantageous.
This role may suit someone who is still studying (AAT level 4, CIMA/ACCA) or someone who has years of relevant practical management accounting experience.
