Due to unexpected absence, the client needs someone ASAP to take control of the Finance team and improve the monthly processes of this small but profitable SME. There is also a need to troubleshoot their systems as they have two that are not communicating properly so this role would suit someone with some previous project, data or process improvement experience.
Ideally, candidates will be CCAB qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) but someone with the relevant experience who is qualified by experience will also be considered.
Based in a very picturesque setting about 10 miles north of York City Centre, the client would ideally like the candidate to work on site but flexible working arrangement can be considered potentially including reduced hours.
