There is an immediate opportunity for a Part or fully Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent accountant with experience of process review and documentation to join our client in Doncaster for an initial 3-6 month interim contract, there is potential for the role to become permanent.
Supporting the business through a transitional period, the role will support the Head of finance and take responsibility for the development of the commercial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the preparation on weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts for a variety of different business areas
* Profitability analysis for various parts of the business
* Commercial appraisal of projects/proposals
* Support the delivery of agreed business objectives through operational KPI's
* Identification of performance trends and operational insights that deliver real-time operational performance improvements
* Analyse and understand dynamic forecasts
* Work closely with sales, commercial, operational and other planning teams
* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the business including Senior Management, operational board and main board.
* Provide reports and feedback to relevant departments within the business

* Comfortable with working with large volumes of data
* Excellent verbal / written communication skills
* Experience in forecasting
* Excellent time management skills
* Comfortable working under pressure while completing multiple tasks
