*Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.
*Producing key weekly reports including direct labour costing and material usage variances.
*Daily efficiency reporting to factory leadership highlighting factory performance.
*Ensuring that standard material and labour costs are maintained.
*Proactively identifying and rectifying cost efficiencies and process improvement.
*Business partnering with factory leadership team and providing clear ad-hoc reporting to help drive improvements in the business.
*Assisting in preparing annual budgets and monitoring performance in conjunction with management team.
*Monitoring accounting records and internal controls.
*Preparing capital expenditure justifications and performing post implementation reviews.
*Sales ledger and petty cash
*Any ad-hoc tasks appropriate to the role
This is a role that requires an individual who can demonstrate a good understanding of Financial reporting, IT Systems and good communication skills.
