As such they are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business performance and shaping financial strategy. This is a hands-on, visible position where your insights will directly influence decision-making at the highest levels.

You’ll partner with senior leadership and divisional teams across the business, providing the financial clarity and foresight needed to support ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for executive stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Partner with divisional and operational teams to drive commercial performance, client profitability, and efficiency.
Ensure financial integrity, compliance, and robust controls across all reporting processes.
Support system enhancements, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Experience/skillset:

Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting within the service sector.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
