As such they are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business performance and shaping financial strategy. This is a hands-on, visible position where your insights will directly influence decision-making at the highest levels.

 

You’ll partner with senior leadership and divisional teams across the business, providing the financial clarity and foresight needed to support ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for executive stakeholders.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

  • Partner with divisional and operational teams to drive commercial performance, client profitability, and efficiency.

  • Ensure financial integrity, compliance, and robust controls across all reporting processes.

  • Support system enhancements, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

 

Experience/skillset:

  • Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting within the service sector.

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience improving processes and systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the drive to deliver tangible results.
