​Sharp Consultancy is excited to partner with a leading, tech-enabled professional services organisation to recruit a Finance Manager based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to work in a client-facing role, delivering a broad range of accounting and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Provide a full range of accounting and finance services to a portfolio of clients, including management accounts, statutory reporting, and ad hoc projects.

  • Lead and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and delivering tailored financial insights.

  • Manage internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finance services.

  • Oversee one-off client projects, including system implementations, process reviews, and financial remediation exercises.

  • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure excellent client service and operational efficiency.

  • Mentor and develop team members, identifying training needs and supporting professional growth.

  • Actively identify opportunities to add value to clients and support business development initiatives.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant with experience in either practice or industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and familiarity with other local GAAPs.

  • Experience managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality finance solutions.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple client engagements.

  • Comfortable handling one-off finance projects and problem-solving complex business challenges.

  • Proficient with cloud accounting software and other finance technologies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning.
