Senior FP&A Analyst

Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified FP&A Analyst to join an exceptional, award-winning Financial Services business in Leeds. This is a newly created role due to business growth and will provide timely and accurate financial analysis and insights to support the senior leadership team with strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support with presenting monthly management accounts analysis.
* Analyse variances between actual performance and budget/rolling forecasts, highlighting key trends and assessing risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver functional analysis of costs for senior management.
* Develop reports to monitor trends. Work with the wider business teams to understand variances.
* Track progress of cost-saving within market submissions and ensure accurate reporting.
* Support with compiling annual cost budget and periodic reforecast timeline.
* Produce the Group cost budget and interrogate cost base.
* Standardise reports to enable value-added analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

* ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
* Highly analytical mindset

* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent organisation skills
* Effective presentation skills
