Sharp Consultancy are delighted to announce their continual work with one of our favourite clients in a new recruitment assignment designed for a Senior Finance Business Partner, based in Rotherham. This business has made headway as a key manufacturer within the UK, supplying their unique products to a variety of industries.
This newly created role will report into the Finance Director whilst supporting the development of a small team. You will be responsible for the automation of reporting processes as well as leading the continual review of internal processes and controls.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Lead a small team responsible for the creation of management reports, reviewing business performance and driving business change
* Oversee a team of Finance Business Partners reporting on business performance and supporting the business to achieve it's goals
* Act as a liaison between operational and business partnering teams to drive continual improvement
* Lead the development of business plans to promote smooth implementation of changes and improvements across all business entities
* Lead the continual review process of change initiatives, adjusting where necessary to meet business objectives
* Act as a key point of liaison between Finance Business Partners and other key stakeholders including operational and production personnel
* Manage resistance from local business leaders and ensure minimal disruption during change implementation
Person Specification:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
* Previous Manufacturing experience
* Previous experience of managing a team
