Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working alongside a highly successful property development business based in Doncaster, who specialise in residential refurbishment projects nationwide.
They are looking to make an addition of a Sales Administrator due to company growth. You will be working alongside 3 other Sales Administrators, and reporting into the HR/Office Manager. There is a great company culture, the team are friendly and welcoming.

We are expecting a salary up to £22,000 depending on relevant experience. The working hours are 9:00-17:00 Monday - Friday.
This role is located in DN1, and is commutable from a range of South Yorkshire locations being close to the A1, M18 and M1 motorway networks.
This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has previous experience in administration, as you will be working for a fast-growing business, where there is opportunity for development.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but not exclusive to:
* Daily updating of the sales tracker with sale enquiries raised by purchase solicitors/sales agents and collating responses in a timely manner.
* Assisting in the collation of site building updates to be distributed to sales agents.
* Assisting in supplying information to ensure an accurate service charge budget is produced.
* Create SharePoint data rooms and collate internal documents in order to complete initial due diligence on all sites ahead of launching.
* Sales and letting admin tasks including: creating spreadsheets, saving sales correspondence, producing agendas etc
* Liaise with the sales agents to arrange site visits for purchasing clients, handling calls and correspondence.
* Maintaining good relationships.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* 2 years experience in a busy administration role
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and Outlook
* Strong communication skills, written and verbally
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Attention to detail
