Recoveries Administration

Job description

​A leading energy business based in vibrant heart of Leeds currently have an urgent need for a talented recoveries administrator to join their recoveries team.

Duties will include:

  • Where required, contact customers via telephone / email to collect payment - in full, via settlements payment plans

  • Liaise with internal / external stakeholders to reduce aged debt and resolve queries

  • Negotiate and prepare payment plans. Actively monitor and manage any defaults until completion.

  • Active management of allocated tickets ensuring accurate housekeeping and data accuracy

  • Active management of write off process in line with DLoA’s

  • Management of spreadsheets

  • Creation of legal packs

  • Action accounts accordingly when notification from Companies House regarding Detrimental

  • information is received

  • Management of customers in insolvency and dissolutions and creating landlord letters where required.

  • Contacting IP’s and administrators and following proof of debts process as required

  • Assisting the disconnections team providing ticketing / telephony support where required

  • Preparation and validation of the prepared Legal Pack Process

  • Management of post and mailboxes
