Due to significant investment and consistent year on year growth there is a need for a Qualified Management Accountant to join the business and will be integral to continuing the projected growth.
They have a strong presence in the marketplace and as such are looking to recruit an ambitious individual who can offer strategic value regarding commercial decisions, working closely with the senior management team preparing the month end accounts and taking on further responsibility within the business.
This brilliant opportunity would suit someone who is confident and focused to work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business as you will be interacting with various other departments.
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Provide meaningful narrative around the company KPIs to identify results, trends, opportunities and threats
* Support business profitability and growth through findings and recommendations
* Preparation of annual budgets
* Preparation of Forecasts
* Balance sheet maintenance and reconciliations
* Maintain fixed asset register
* Quarterly VAT returns
* Cash management
* Line management of small team
* Ad hoc project work
