Position: Management Accountant

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, providing valuable insights to support decision-making, and working closely with the Group Finance Manager. Your work will support business growth and contribute directly to ongoing success across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts

  • Produce profit and loss reports with in-depth variance analysis and commentary

  • Carry out monthly balance sheet reconciliations

  • Lead the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasting processes

  • Reconcile data across internal systems to ensure accuracy

  • Provide financial analysis and support to wider teams

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business

  • Support with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects

Candidate Profile:

  • Actively studying towards ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, with a clear path to qualification

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
