Exceptional global manufacturing business in the Wakefield area currently require an experienced CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Management Accountant in a newly created position. The business has experienced exceptional growth and as a result have been backed by a leading Private Equity house to facilitate further development. Working closely with the Head of Finance you will play a key role in the businesses future growth. Your initial duties will involve:
*Preparation of the monthly accounts supporting the Financial Controller with board pack presentation and commentary.
*Full involvement with the budgeting and forecasting - highlighting and asking the questions to help drive the business forward.
*Review of divisional overheads and variance analysis.
*Stake holder management across sales, operations, marketing and distribution building strong communication and trust between finance and other areas.
Ideally you will be:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified having held a similar Management Accountant/Financial Accountant position.
*From a manufacturing, engineering or FMCG background although consideration will be given for anyone who can demonstrate transferable experience from other sectors.
*Driven to develop towards a more senior role as the position offers the opportunity to fast track towards Financial Controller.
*Able to demonstrate previous experience of ERP systems such SAP, JD Edwards or Oracle.
