If you are a qualified ACA or ACCA, whether ICAEW or ICAS with exceptional customer facing, commercial and transactional skills this could be the best career move you ever make. You will assist the directors of the business identifying potential investment opportunities, managing various elements of the deal process through due diligence and to completion and then sit on the board of the newly acquired portfolio business. All the key components of private equity - originate, execute, develop and exit are present within this role.

To be considered you will need to meet a strict set of criteria, you must have qualified with a quality firm of accountants and have up to date professional practice transactional experience (or p.e. experience). Academically you will be a high achiever and have first class inter-personal skills, an interest in corporate finance and funding and a wider commercial knowledge; excellent P&L and balance sheet experience is a given. Deal experience within corporate finance, due diligence, corporate recovery, private equity or leveraged/acquisition finance will be essential.
