The role will take responsibility for conducting a full review of the entire business to develop and deliver process improvement plans. Working across all areas of the business you will be required to establish a strong understanding of all 'as is' processes through conducting thorough audits of each business area and unit.
You will be required to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders across the business so strong communications skills are essential for this role. Ideally you will also have had exposure to lean six sigma and have working knowledge of agile lean principles, You will also demonstrate strong capability in business process improvement, analysis and managing transformation.
This role is available immediately and offers hybrid office / home working.
