Following impressive 20% growth over the past year, the brand-new role of FP&A Accountant has been created and will report directly into the Financial Controller. With continued growth forecasted over the next few years this role has plans to develop into an FP&A Manager position.
As the FP&A Accountant you will be responsible for the development of end-to-end reporting processes, an efficient rolling forecast process and providing valuable insights into variance analysis across the wider business. This role is well-suited for Finance Analysts or FP&A Accountants seeking increased responsibility in their roles, along with extensive exposure to both commercial and operational aspects of the business.
Duties will include:
* Creation, maintenance and full ownership of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Full ownership of KPI generation and reporting processes
* Provide insight into variance analysis through the means of presentation as and when required by the business
* Liaise closely with budget holders and wider management team to build a cohesive process
* Support the evaluation and modelling of performance to drive the business forward
Person Specification:
* Part-Qualified or Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Previous experience of financial modelling (preferable)
