Working closely with the Board of Directors this role will involve:
*Playing a key part in the companies continued growth
*Hands on management and leadership of the Finance function
*Continuous development of the team processes and controls
*Business partnering and liaison with all key stakeholders
*Sales and margin analysis
*Monthly forecasting
*Treasury management
*Overhead and cost analysis and review
*Managing the year end audit process
*Statutory accounting
*Working with the Directors on projects
*Tax compliance
*Implementation of new systems and controls
*Board reporting
Ideally you will have:
*Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
*Strong business partnering experience
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*Previous experience of using ERP systems and implementations
*Experience at FC or FD level
