Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of the monthly accounts board back, adding commercial value to the numbers.
* Leading and developing a growing team of CIMA/ACCA part-qualified and qualified management accountants/financial accountants.
* Acting as the primary contact for establishing and nurturing relationships with banks, auditors, and the supporting Private Equity house.
* Driving and implementing new procedures within the finance team to bridge the gap between accounts and senior stakeholders at the Director level.
* Assessing current systems and potentially implementing new software as required.
Candidate Profile:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, with experience in a similar Financial Controller or Finance Manager role.
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG sectors.
* Demonstrated experience with systems implementation or detailed knowledge of ERP systems from previous roles.
