A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a reputable Manufacturing business based in Doncaster. As the business continues to grow - the brand-new role of Financial Controller has become available. This role will have ownership of a full Finance function with a team of 5 direct reports.

This business harbours a variety of services that they supply to clients on a national basis. This includes the design and development of bespoke products supplied to several industries, including rail.
This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to delve further into process improvements by making the role their own and implementing systems and processes to add value and drive business forward.

Duties include:
* Oversight of the management accounts preparation process
* Development of daily/weekly KPIs to detail performance to key stakeholders
* Business partnering to drive profitable growth
* Implementation of controls and processes to control expenditure
* Ad-hoc financial analysis, including investment appraisals
* Preparation of cashflow forecasts
* Preparation of statutory financial statements
* Oversight of payroll
* Development & mentoring of finance team

Person specification:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Part-Qualified or Qualified
* Driven and proactive - clear desire to add value to a growing business
