You will be the first internal finance lead appointed and will work very closely with the Managing Director and as a newly created role this is crucial to the businesses success as they continue their rapid growth throughout the next 2-3 years.
You will be responsible for all key finance and accounting activities, leading a small team and sitting alongside the board to provide leadership and significant business MI and commentary.
High levels of drive and commercial thinking are essential, as is the ability to implement, improve and change processes.
The ideal candidate must be a fully qualified accountant with a recognised professional body (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have the soft and technical skills to work within an SME owner managed business. Any experience in a growth environment would be highly beneficial but not essential.
