A fast growing business in Barnsley are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to spearhead the finance department in an exciting and varied Financial Controller role. The company have grown from strength to strength over the last few years, so this is a key position that will report into Senior Directors to help drive the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities will include;
*Key involvement in strategic planning of the business
*Full production of all period accounts
*Budget and Forecast Management
*Involvement in Stock Management
*Management of Finance Assistant
*Profit and Loss Analysis
*Cash Flow Management
*Cost and Pricing analysis
You will be managing a small team, and an ability to create relationships with key Senior Managers will be crucial to the success of the role. You will have a background in retail, strong experience in both financial control and wider commercial partnering and be looking for a fast paced environment where the only constant is the excitement of change.
