It is due to this growth, this Finance Manager role has been created - you will be working alongside and joining a dynamic Finance Department consisting of a team of 5, reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager.
The role will be busy & varied consisting of, but not limited to, the following:
Job Duties
*Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
*Processing & Reviewing Month End Journals
*Management & Development of individuals within the team
*Completion of Month, Quarter & Year End Accounting & Reporting
*Building & maintaining relationships with all internal & external stakeholder's
*Ensure all day-to-day operations are completed accurately & consistently
*Adding value to the business by constantly striving to streamline & improve processes
*Play a key role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager & Finance Function in general
*Ad hoc duties assisting the Finance Manager & wider Finance Department
Person Spec;
*Fully Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
*Previous experience managing, developing & training direct reports
*Motivated, passion for accounting & keen to progress
*Adaptable & positive with a "Can Do" attitude
*Confidence to challenge & investigate where variances exist
*Exceptional organisational skills & the ability to work to strict deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
