UK wide PE backed consultancy business with offices in Leeds and Bradford currently require a finance reporting manager to join their business in a newly created role.

Despite challenging times for businesses this company has continued to thrive mainly due to their niche products and services. Due to their PE funding, they are projecting further significant growth over the next 2- 3 years and this role will play a key part in that development. Working across both the commercial and standard finance divisions your initial duties will include:
*Review and improve current reporting analysis highlighting and delivering key KPIs through finance and none finance divisions
*Analysis of financial trends and performances identifying any underperforming areas.
*Support the group function with gross profit target setting for the budget.
*Operating at board level assisting with month end commentary and review.
*Deliver commercial narrative on the monthly accounts liaising with both investors and internal stake holders.
*Provide meaningful insight to the PE house presenting and discussing current and predicted future positions

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
*Previous experience within full monthly accounts production up to board pack presentation
*Commercial value and achievements with senior stake holders
*Desire to develop and mentor junior members of the team developing yourself towards Controller level.
*Exposure to private equity would be advantageous but not essential.
