Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
* Develop strong working relationships with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenge.
* Analyse financial performance and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
* Partner with business units to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
* Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
* Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
* Implement best practices and standardize processes where applicable.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
* Proven experience as a finance business partner or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
* Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
