Main duties and responsibilities to include:
Cash Collection
*Support Credit Control team to ensure cash collection KPI's are achieved.
*Work with FSS in order to facilitate the allocation of all credit and debit write off.
*Prepare accounts for legal collection.
*Ensure all legal collections are correctly documented for monthly management review.
Risk Management
*Oversee the process of new account applications; rolling review of existing accounts and customer credit limit extensions.
*Support FSS Credit Risk Manager with use of credit reference agency.
*Ensure accurate records are maintained for SOX compliance.
*Produce monthly report on high risk accounts.
*Ensure that authorisation of order release and credit limits comply with credit policy.
Teamwork
*Provide cover as and when required for other team members
*Ensure order sign off's are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
*Supply Credit Control with monthly credit information.
Communication
*Professional approach to all internal and external clients.
*Communicate effectively between departments.
*Answer the telephone promptly and professionally.
*Inform Credit Managers of any changes to company policy's.
