We are currently recruiting for a talented experienced Credit Controller to join a leading business based in West Yorkshire who work in the construction industry. Our client have an office based in Castleford and are adding to the team in the area of Credit Control. This role is reporting in to a well respected Credit Manager who is well known in the industry as one of the leaders in his field. The business is going from strength to strength and as such this is a great time to join a fantastic business.
Duties will include:
* Managing aged debt
* Telephone based credit control working through a high call volume
* Agreeing collection targets and negotiating payment plans
* Processing and handling payments
* Ensuring that credit notes are processed correctly
* Highlighting problem debts that require escalation and liaising with the Credit Control Manager
* Reconciliation of accounts
Our client is ideally looking to secure the services of a Credit Controller who has previous experience - Ideally having worked in a high volume environment. Ideally the successful candidate will also have strong Excel skills.
