Our client is a leading business based in Leeds. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be part of a small team who are one the most talented and well-respected Credit teams in Yorkshire. This role will suit a candidate who has worked in the credit control previously. Due to the nature of the role our client is looking for a self-starter and someone who can work on their own initiative.
Duties will include:
* Managing your own ledger of clients ensuring targets are met
* Building relationships with clients and working through queries and escalate any problem clients or debts
* Completion of customer account reconciliations and customer queries
* You will need strong communication skills and be a strong negotiator
* Ideally you will have Strong IT skills including intermediate Excel
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be resilient and have a can do attitude.
