Duties will include:
*Chasing debt via telephone/email/letter
*Responsible for all aspects of billing
*Query resolution for often complex and long standing ledger queries/issues
*Processing credit notes and re-issuing invoices
*Working closely with the Account Managers to manage client relationships
*Communication with key stakeholders and managing expectations
*Collating and managing reports using Microsoft Excel
To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong communicator with a track record of delivery within Credit Control. You will need excellent IT skills. Our client are looking to appoint to this role as soon as is practical so if you are immediately available to start this would be a distinct advantage.
