As Credit Controller you will have strong query resolution skills, excellent Excel knowledge with a target driven attitude to achieve results to ensure that all customer debt is collected by its due date and in line with set company procedures, along with assisting in other areas of accounts to add to your all round skillset.
Duties will include:
*Invoice Finance Figures
*Invoice Finance Headroom control sheet
*Daily invoices and distribute to customer, unload Customer Portal
*Frozen releases
*Telephone/email chasing of debts and responding to queries
*Post remittances received on Finance System and Credit control notes
*Raise credits
*Daily distribution to customer regarding daily despatches
*Monitor Daily bank transactions, update relevant files
*Sales Reconciliation
*Invoice Finance Bank Rec, including jrnl posting re charges
*Yorkshire Bank Rec, including DD/non Sales ledger cash rec/manual payments.
*Debtors reports, including un-insured
*Credit control Notes
*Debtors meeting prep
*Customer statements via email
*Credit Checks
*Monitoring of specified customer balances
*Assist Purchase Ledger invoice input
*Review NCR Log and raise invoice charges
*Invoice Finance Monthly Rec and do reports for submission
The ideal individual with display the following attributes:
*Good Communicator - by telephone/email etc
*Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
*Knowledge of Microsoft NAV would be preferred but not essential
*Good at query resolution
*Able to work within set time frames
