Credit Control Vacancy
A client based in Chesterfield has reached out for us to help fill a credit control vacancy that has recently become available. This business is fantastic! It's extremely profitable and successful business, which has a great team with a family feel.
The products that are produced by this business continue to be in high demand and this doesn't look like slowing down. At the current pace of sales, the business is projecting to surpass the annual target with 2, possibly 3 months to spare!
Duties
*Timely collection of sales ledger cash for allocated ledger accounts.
*Liaise with Sales Team & Sales Office on customer queries.
*Allocated customer file maintenance.
*Allocate payments received for specified accounts.
*Pursuing customers whose payments are overdue, by telephone and letter, and placing on stop where necessary.
*Sales Rebate control and reconciliation.
*Ad hoc Management accounts.
*Utilities Management and control.
*Management Accounts Payments and cash books.
*Any other related ad hoc duties.
The business will look at people with previous credit control experience, but also candidates with less experience wanting to get in to a credit control / finance based role.
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.15pm
Friday:8.30am - 4.15pm
Free parking
23 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
Up to £22k depending on experience
