Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a global firm of chartered accountants as they look to recruit within their UK Corporate finance team.
As a Corporate Finance Associate you will be working alongside a high performing team delivering strategic advice to investors and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or investment opportunities.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified senior to move into Corporate Finance and to gain immediate exposure to transactional activity within a strong team of experienced advisor.
About the role
*Business development activities including identification and targeting of potential opportunities.
*Day to day project work on live transactions including drafting information memoranda, contacting potential purchasers, lawyers, and due diligence providers.
*Undertaking contract negotiations with, and on behalf of, clients.
*Commercial due diligence and economic feasibility analysis.
*Performing valuations.
*Financial and commercial bid preparation.
*Preparation of client presentations and pitch documents.

*Basic salary of £40,500-46,500 (dependent on experience)
