​We’re partnering with a fast-growing SME organisation in South Leeds in their search for a Business Analyst. Through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, the business is scaling at pace and are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the team. It’s an exciting stage of expansion, and a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst with a strong interest in systems, data, and process improvement who is eager to contribute to meaningful digital transformation projects.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how technology supports the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the group to gather requirements, map processes, and support the design and delivery of digital solutions. From building reports and dashboards to supporting the development of apps and AI tools, the Business Analyst will ensure that data and systems enable the business to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Gather, document, and translate requirements from stakeholders into actionable plans.

  • Support the design and delivery of applications, dashboards, and reporting tools.

  • Work on process automation and digitisation projects to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with IT and divisional leaders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Contribute to group-wide reporting and KPI tracking.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience in business analysis, project delivery, or software development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in software, data, and digital transformation.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership of projects.
