Senior Financial Analyst

A well-established, multi-entity manufacturing group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis in a dynamic, production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

  • Provide insight and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.

  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to optimise financial outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
