Sharp Consultancy are proud to be working with a Chesterfield manufacturing organisation who have experienced year on year growth by continuing to diversify their product range and expand into new markets which has created a need for an Assistant Management Accountant to join.
The business offers a genuine chance to progress and develop whilst being mentored alongside an opportunity to gain full exposure within finance and equally be involved in more strategic decision making.
This opportunity would suit an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to work collectively with the current team and who are looking for progression within the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
*Assisting with Month End Management Accounts
*Commercial Analysis
*Fixed Asset reconciliation and log maintenance
*Assist with the AP/BP month end close down procedures
*Update and maintenance of standard costing
*Overhead analysis
*Repairs and Maintenance control reporting
*Issuing AP/BP credit notes
*Daily logging of AP/BP incoming payments
*Processing of AP/BP pricing amendments
*AP/BP invoice run
*New account applications and customer maintenance
*Any other related adhoc duties.
