Our client, an educational charity, with a passion for the impact which education can have on people's lives is looking for personable, proactive team member to join their finance department.
Role - including but not limited to;
*Raising purchase orders, logging and approving invoices and credit notes
*Process purchase invoices promptly and accurately, utilising Sage
*Process expense claims and logging of credit card receipts
*Prepare and process BACs payment runs
*Bank reconciliations
*Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments
*Assist with the preparation of IR35s
*Administer pension process
*Payroll reporting as required
You;
*AAT level 3 qualified
*Previous experience working in a finance role, ideally payroll or accounts payable
*Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong Excel skills including charts, and ideally V-Lookups / Pivot Tables / IF Statements
*Self-Organised
*Team Player
Benefits;
*35 hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and end times
*Currently working from home, with occasional meetings in the Sheffield office.
