I am recruiting an Accounts Administrator for an owner managed SME in Balby, Doncaster, DN4. They are a local manufacturer with a world-wide customer base.
The role reports to the Director and is supported by the external accountant, but this is a role solely responsible for the day-to-day accounts processing.
Salary: c£25k. Negotiable depending on experience.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
The main aim of this role is to carry out day-to-day running of the accounts and to produce management reports to support the business.
Main Duties will include:
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Entry of Purchase and Sales invoices
- Entry and reconcile customer receipts and supplier payments
- Prepares VAT calculations and submission.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Produce monthly reports - P & L and Cash Flow
- Handles Import/Export documents
- Processing payroll through Sage Payroll
Sage Experience is essential for this role.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate working for an SME, performing a wide variety of finance duties, either as a sole accounts person or as part of a small accounts team.
