Treasury Assistant

Job description

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a highly respected national business based in Sheffield who are looking to appoint a Treasury Assistant to join their established finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-orientated individual looking to develop their career within a well-structured and supportive team environment.

 

Key duties include:

  • Daily cash and bank reconciliations

  • Monitoring cash flow

  • Processing payments and managing banking queries

  • Supporting month-end reporting and treasury analysis

  • Assisting with continuous process improvement across treasury operations

 

Skills & experience:

  • Previous experience within a treasury, accounts, or finance support role

  • Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail

  • Confident IT user, particularly within Excel

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

£26,000 - £28,000
