International distribution business based in Harrogate currently requires a career minded, ambitious CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified/passed finalist to join their finance team in a newly created Management Accounts position. Working closely with the recently promoted Financial Controller your role will encompass the full breadth of the management accounts production. Your duties will include:
*Full preparation of the monthly management accounts.
*Assisting with board pack providing commentary and analysis.
*Budget and forecast planning ensuring company remains within planned growth projection.
*Liaising with senior stake holders across sales, operations and marketing.
*Investigation and improving current reporting procedures through excel.
*Mentoring and developing junior members of the team being the daily point of contact for any training issues.
*Desired experience
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified/passed finalist or in the later stages of qualification.
*Previous experience within management accounts production.
*Advanced excel knowledge.
