Working closely with the Managing Director you will play a key role in the business's future growth. Your initial duties will involve:
* Management of the group monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Working alongside the Management Accountant to help make sure all accounts are accurate.
* Support with the process of automated production improvements.
* Prepare detailed variance analysis reports to display variance so that any variances are understood.
* Create consistency in financial reporting across the business.
Ideally you will be:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified having held a similar Financial Controller/Senior Management Accountant level position.
* Proven track record of managing a finance function and developing individuals at different levels.
* Confident in presenting to Board and senior management level.
* Highly focused on attention to detail, accuracy and care for final delivery and outcomes.
