Senior Cash Allocation Clerk

The purpose of the department is to ensure customer payments are allocated in an accurate and timely manner and customer accounts are reconciled. With over 10,000 customers in the UK that is a lot of transactions.
As a Senior in the team you will provide ongoing guidance, support & training to all members of the Cash Allocation team. You will also be the first point of escalation for the Cash Allocation Clerks.
It is a hands on role allocating cash, reconciling bank accounts and reviewing and investigating un-allocated cash.
The salary is £21k per annum, finance study support is available upon successful completion of probation, there are 25 days holiday plus stats.
