Senior Accounts Assistant

This role is responsible for processing manual payments, cash book transactions and expenses. Additionally, it is looking after fleet accounting and fixed assets register.
You will update cashflows monthly and update associated reports. You will oversee the manual payments process and upload payments into the system for cash allocation. You will manage the fleet supplier accounts including processing invoices, reconciling statements, allocating cash and dealing with queries. Additionally, there is some sales ledger duties for some of the subsidiary companies. Finally you will maintain a fixed asset register
This is a permanent role, for a very good employer, based in Doncaster. They are currently working remotely during the pandemic although the successful candidate must be able to commute daily to their Doncaster offices as restrictions ease and employees return to the workplace.
The salary is up to £24k + benefits.
