Purchase Ledger Clerk
This US owned, global business, operating nationally in the U K is experience a time of positive change.
As a result, we are recruiting an additional purchase ledger clerk to join their established transactional finance team.
You will be responsible for accurately processing and managing purchase invoices, maintaining supplier accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Here are the key duties:
Processing Purchase Invoices:
* Accurately process purchase invoices using their ERP system, Excel or other relevant tools.
* Match invoices to purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
Supplier Management:
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Resolve daily queries related to invoices and payments.
Reconciliation and Reporting:
* Produce monthly statement reconciliations to audit standards.
* Assist with reporting tasks.
We are looking for an experienced candidate, an accounts payable specialist with experience of posting invoices, handling queries, and assisting with payment runs.
