We are recruiting a purchase ledger clerk for this company. The role will initially focus on matching, coding and entering invoices onto their bespoke systems, reconciling supplier statements, dealing with supplier queries, liaising with internal and external parties, obtaining authorising for payments and preparing payment runs. It will also be working with Sage to prepare invoices for payment and make payment runs weekly.
The company is expanding rapidly and the role may evolve accordingly. There will also be opportunity to be involved in a new system implementation as well as continuous improvement of process and procedures relating to accounts payable. There is an opportunity for progression and personal development for those that desire to do so.
The company is based in Doncaster, close to the Airport.
